1. Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped via USPS Standard Shipping.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 United States and Washington D.C. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, USPS Standard Shipping generally delivers within 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.
Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or USPS service disruptions.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your shipping address.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your USPS tracking number.
You can track the status of your package directly on the USPS website using the provided tracking number.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or if the package is refused, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges plus any return shipping fees incurred. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment, and additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
Ambassador Electrique is not responsible for packages lost or damaged by USPS once they have left our facility.
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim. We will be happy to assist you with any information you may need to facilitate your claim.
We recommend keeping your tracking number and order details handy when contacting USPS.
